The Head of Growth will focus on growing and retaining our customer base (both consumer/SMEs) by optimizing investment levers and understanding market dynamics, customer feedback/needs, and overall industry trends.
- Understand every aspect of the sales funnel to develop and execute growth strategies:
- Find and create new ways to acquire and retain new customers.
- Target prospects and new leads by using email marketing, ads, and social media.
- Nurture and convert leads with email marketing.
- Harness the power of customer reviews and recommendations.
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
- Lead brand efforts to optimize awareness, trial and retention.
- Analyse and digest market data - competitive analysis / market research and industry trends and insights.
- Create and manage data infrastructure to properly measure/track KPIs.
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, BD, product, tech, etc) to ensure
that revenue and profit targets are always exceeded.
