As HR Business Partner, you will be key in helping us attract and retain top talent to enable company´s growth. You will lead the charge to fill open positions by finding, contacting and evaluating potential hires, ensuring they have the best experience in the recruiting process.
You will also help us create processes to retain and develop our team members and to promote our culture and values, to make sure we build a sustainable organization.
We are looking for a teammate who is highly driven, and hands-on. You will be expected to be autonomous and proactive in building processes as we continue to scale. The role is based in CDMX, but there is no expectation of going into an office until at least January 2021.
