As Sales and Business Development Analyst, you will move fast with the team to help the company grow and achieve the team's goals as well as your personal goals. You will work to identify potential areas of opportunity for client acquisition, and tackle them with data-driven solutions and innovative sales techniques.

We are looking for a teammate who is highly driven, and hands-on. You will be expected to deliver insights and help in setting product and operations strategy, and building a scalable company and culture. The role is based in CDMX, but there is no expectation of going into an office until 2021.

Things you’ll do:

  • Prospect new clients.
  • Identify needs and wants of clients.
  • Gather all the clients information.
  • Keep an eye for improvements in sales process and in product evolution.
  • Identify and experiment with new client acquisition channels.



  • 1 year of work experience.
  • Exceptional client management abilities - you are known for getting things done.
  • A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively.
  • A desire to work hard in a fast paced, dynamic environment with high energy and mission driven colleagues.
