Descripción

As Acquisition Manager, you will design and implement our user acquisition strategies. Your goal is to accelerate company’s growth by bringing in qualified new customers and driving them to adopt our product as a habit.


What you´ll do:

  • Driving and taking responsibility for all KPIs related to user acquisition (CPI, CAC and CAC:LTV Ratio).
  • Efficiently scaling our key acquisition channels, starting with paid/performance digital channels (including Google, Facebook, and Apple Search), and further launching and scaling new online channels (i.e. Programmatics, ad networks, affiliation, etc.).
  • Developing and executing our brand and content strategy, working closely with the creative and brand teams.
  • Building and optimizing referral and viral loops to drive acquisition from our existing customer base.
  • Effectively manage an eight-figure acquisition budget, constantly optimizing ROAS and improving our analytics and systems to track and measure performance.

Requisitos

  • 5+ years of relevant acquisition and/or growth marketing experience, preferably growing a large mobile customer base in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Strong experience with Paid Social and Google ACQ channels.
  • Proficiency with data and attribution tools to accurately analyze and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven strategies.
  • Entrepreneur and self-starter mentality, able to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, who can think outside the box, question the way we do things, and explore new ways of executing projects.
  • Passion for the problem we are solving and for our mission to build a world with less banks, more freedom.
