The role will be responsible responsible for collecting, storing & analyzing data regarding customer app usage (e.g. funnel KPIs, customer journey) to derive insights that improve customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Build models to forecast key business metrics (e.g. traffic, conversion, engagement) and develop key metrics to measure initiative performance.
  • Provide analysis and insights into product usage to help shape the strategy and development of our products..
  • Identify unmet customer needs through research, data analysis, and user experience analysis and testing.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to design A/B experiments and validate the impact of the new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the product team in understanding what data is required to power decision making.
  • Filter and maintain data integrity by ensuring correct data collection, testing and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve customer journey through the product and meet funnel KPIs.
  • Create clean and easy-to-use reports and dashboards to inform product decision.
  • Develop in-depth insights into user behavior and understand what drives growth for the product.
  • Monitor key product metrics and understand root causes of changes in metrics.
  • Work to improve data access for product owners.
  • Help the product team decide what data to gather and store, and how to use it to improve customer experience and find commercial opportunities.

Important decisions of the role:

  • Escalate customer journey opportunities within the app.
  • Define key metrics to track and dashboard design.
Challenges:
  • Identifying customer usage patterns to improve journeys.
  • Ensuring data collection quality and integrity.
  • Uncovering actionable insights for the product team.
  • Prioritizing and handling multiple requests for information.
  • Understanding how user interactions translate to data where they can provide insights.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience collecting, storing and analyzing data regarding customer.
  • Proven experience improving customer acquisition.
  • Understanding of financial services (fintech).
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish.
  • Energetic and assertive character.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
