The role will be responsible for collecting, monitoring & analyzing data regarding sales, customer acquisition & marketing campaigns results to ensure sales and marketing KPIs are being met.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and monitor KPIs regarding success of marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
  • Develop and build data models, data analytics and strategies that optimize marketing efficiency.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns that optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work with Sales & marketing management to prioritize marketing growth hacking strategies.
  • Assist in providing ongoing reporting and analysis to inform and support business and marketing decisions.
  • Assist marketing teams with data/quantitative-based analysis.
  • Mine data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their usage behaviors, including impacts of current marketing strategies.
  • Develop clean and easy-to-use reports and dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into rider and channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance for end users and managers .
  • Locate and define improvement opportunities in the sales & marketing approaches (e.g. customer targeting).
  • Support strategic decision making with ad hoc analysis and research.
  • Filter and maintain data integrity by ensuring correct data collection, testing and reporting.
  • Assess and report investment return and key performance metrics.

Important decisions of the role:

  • Escalate marketing campaigns opportunities and performance issues.
  • Define key metrics to track and dashboard design.

Challenges:

  • Identifying patterns to improve customer acquisition.
  • Creating new solid data collection system & data structures.
  • Ensuring data collection quality and integrity.
  • Managing highly sensitive personal data in accordance to Mexican Law.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Proven experience improving customer acquisition.
  • Sales reports experience.
  • Understanding of financial services (fintech).
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish.
  • Energetic and assertive character.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
