All work will be completed virtually online (or over the phone) Full training and support will be provided to a successful candidate.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support/Build and execute the digital media plans across Search and Social channels based on a diverse audience and content strategy.
  • Manage budget and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency for owned programs; including technical setup of experiments and analysis of results.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals; with the daily evaluation of critical KPI’s (CAC, LTV, CPC, AOV and conversions).
  • Work closely with Brand, Marketing and Engineering to build a structure that enables a globally scalable media plan.
  • Research, evaluate and deploy growth opportunities, prioritize most impactful projects.
  • Be the end-to-end channel owner which includes tracking, measurement, attribution, optimization, reporting and automation.

Requisitos

  • Experience with CRM and email retention marketing.
  • Candidates must have deep experience on all aspects of paid media (social spend, SEO, creative campaign performance, etc.) 
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Google Ads, CRM Management and Excel Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling and experiment design and implementation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact; ability to influence and work cross-functionally across several internal teams.
  • 3+ years of relevant Growth Marketing experience preferably at a D2C business.
  • Proven hands-on results in growth marketing across social and search Analytical and data savvy marketer.
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in global teams and collaborating across multiple geographies is a plus.
