Descripción

The Role will be responsible of identifying and assessing a customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with customers primarily via email, SMS, DM and telephone.
  • Dealing with customer complaints, returns or issues with orders.
  • Resolving customer issues and handle escalation procedures.
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and being in charge of customer account details.

Requisitos

  • A responsible individual who will provide our customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.
  • Have a genuine interest/experience in the beauty/wellness/haircare industry
  • Experience in DTC is a major plus.
  • Experience in Consumer goods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Shopify / Zendesk experience a must.
  • 1/2 years' of customer service experience preferred.
  • All work will be completed virtually online (or over the phone).
  • Full training and support will be provided to a successful candidate.
