You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the expansion of the company.  More specifically, you will focus on creating and executing the plan for an enterprise sale.

Your main tasks: 

  • Dig in and be hands on in learning the product.
  • Map the territory companies including the contacts: C-Level, Operations and HR.
  • Generate and managing a pipeline of leads, at various stages within the sales funnel, with urgency and extreme attention to detail and organization .
  • Record everything in our sales CRM.
  • Achieve sales targets through identifying, qualifying, and closing business personally and with the team.
  • Initially, onboarding new clients onto our product and performing customer success functions. When company’s local presence has matured this will be handed over to a local CS team.
  • Upsells.
  • Interfacing at an almost daily cadence with the product team to provide feedback regarding customer discovery and recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Liaise with the marketing team and help create local and relevant content for the local audiences as well as map relevant industry events and speaking opportunities for the company leaders to attend.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • Technology company sales experience.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales KPIs as an individual and a leader for the past 5 years.
  • Proven experience selling value via consultative sales to complex, large organizations that have heavy buying processes and diverse stakeholders.
  • Must have SaaS experience.
  • Must have startup experience.
  • Fluent business English and Portuguese are strongly desired. 
  • Experience in Product Marketing, Marketing or Customer Success is a plus.
