Your goal is to make sure every day we get candidates (qualified leads) interested in getting a better job. You will work on searching and contacting the best talent, to convince them to join our platform and apply to our best clients.
- Research industries and find companies.
- Be the specialist for finding candidates outside of Listopro, according to our prios.
- Suggest ways to contact candidates.
- Build quality relationships with candidates.
- Suggest and apply improvements over our recruitment practices.
- +1 year of experience in Recruiting or Headhunting (desirable).
- English is preferred!
- Hard-working: be ready to work long hours if needed and get sh*t done :)
- High Energy: you need to be always available for our clients and make sure the service is working well :)
- Self-learner: be able to build things by yourself, and if you have no guidance, find yourself a solution (Google is a free resource to everyone ;))

you love tracking KPIs, make sure you and your team work smartly and efficiently

- Outgoing: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, someone that is not afraid of getting a “No” by answer.
