¿Qué vas a hacer?

As IT Support you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Managing user accounts.
- Supporting user devices (printer, mobile phone, laptop, etc)
- Contact between employees and the device vendors in case of hardware or
software problems.
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem solution.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

- Bachelor's Degree (Required).
- IT Support experience: 2+ years.
- Fluent English speaker (native or native-like).
- Experience using Office 365 in an enterprise environment (E5).
- Network and VPN experiences, preferable with Azure Gateway (P2S) VPN.
- Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, etc).
