About the role

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain a set of strategies for collection, storage and analysis of consumer data.
Guarantee that all information to and from the area runs timely and securely.
Manage staff members in the daily use of data systems.
Ensure adherence to legal and company regulations.
Make recommendations for software, hardware and data storage improvements.
Generate insights into the behavior of our customers.
Establish standards upon which collection of data and measurements are based and enforce them on daily basis.
Conduct analysis to determine adequate results matching what was asked.

Requisitos

Delivering critical mission applications.
Employing industry-standard tools.
Working within the big-data ecosystem.
Integrating an assortment of development tools.
Leading geographically-distributed teams.
Working in fast-paced, high-velocity agile environments.
Defining and enforcing data governance.
At least 5 years of experience working as data lead engineer.
In-depth experience on data modeling for transactional databases, documental databases, and warehouses.
Mastery in delivering ETL processes.
Proficiency working on data processing both in batch and stream modes. Spark, Beam, Flume.
Proficiency working on AWS and GCP.
